POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 at MATEXPO 2025: compact power with great potential

At MATEXPO, GM Recycling proudly presented the POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300, one of the most flexible and customer-focused screening machines in the Powerscreen range. According to General Manager Brecht Martens, who works with these machines on a daily basis, the POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 fully embodies what GM Recycling excels at: simplicity, reliability, and customization.

Compact, quick to deploy, and surprisingly versatile

The POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 is part of the latest generation of Powerscreen machines and immediately stands out for its compact design and high maneuverability. “This is a machine you can quickly deploy on the job site, exactly where we want to be,” says Brecht. “We know these machines inside and out by now. They’re easy to operate, robustly built, and ideal for daily, intensive applications.” The machine can perfectly screen soil, rubble, and various fractions. Thanks to its wide range of applications, it’s suitable for companies that need flexibility without compromising on production capacity.

Not a standard machine, but one tailored to the customer

One of GM Recycling’s greatest strengths remains the fact that no POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 leaves the facility without undergoing a thorough overhaul. Upon arrival at the site in Lembeke, the base machine is completely refurbished. “That’s simply what we stand for,” says Brecht. “We always discuss options with the customer. We manufacture many of those options in-house. For example, this POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 is equipped with a special top deck: a combination of a finger deck with Hardox plates that we produce ourselves. That makes a world of difference for customers who need to process specific materials.”

Depending on the customer’s flatbed trailer, the desired output per ton, and the length of the discharge belts, Brecht and his team work together to select the right configuration. “The POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 is in the mid-range,” he explains. “That means you can scale up or down. There’s a suitable version for every application.”

The machine combines the best of both worlds:

    • quickly deployable at any site
    • versatile enough for a wide range of sectors
    • compact, yet with strong production capacity
    • fully customizable to the customer’s needs

“The most important thing is that the customer leaves with the right machine,” says Brecht. “And that the machine does exactly what it’s supposed to do right away. That’s why we customize them ourselves, and that’s why customers trust GM Recycling.” The POWERSCREEN TITAN 1300 at MATEXPO was a perfect example of how GM Recycling combines technology and customization: a machine that not only works efficiently but is also built with real-world fieldwork in mind.
