This machine can be used in the following applications; aggregate, sand & gravel, horticulture, stabilisation, remediation of contaminated soils, incinerator ash, agricultural, C&D waste, mining, processed ores, processed minerals.
This versatile machine offers a high throughput of up to 1,000 tonnes per hour, with 2 feeders of 10 and 12 m³. Thanks to its two mixing bunkers and hydraulic mixing system, labour hours and fuel consumption are significantly reduced.
The machine is quick to install (less than 30 minutes) and can receive loads from multiple sources. Variable belt speeds ensure precise material ratio, while the robust 1200 mm wide and 9.2 m long discharge belt processes up to 1,000 tonnes of mixed material per hour. For added stability, the machine features hydraulic support legs and wear-resistant components. Safety features such as Run Stop sensors and an emergency stop system ensure safe operation.
