GIPOWASH
The modular plant system is capable of washing excavated material and refining it into the desired final components for recycling.
In addition, thanks to its sand and gravel classification system several quality products can be obtained.
The Gipowash consists of the following modular components:
- Feed unit:
The feed unit serves as a material buffer and thus ensures a uniform material flow.
The tilting grate is used for pre-sorting and the coarse material is screened out.
The feed conveyor transports the material to the AggStorm 150 log washer.
- AggStorm 150:
The AggStorm 150 is a modular designed system for removing clay-bonded excavated material from natural rock and ore that cannot be removed by flushing or screening only.
The AggStorm is an efficient solution for use in the aggregate and construction industries.
- Compact Sand Plant CSP
The Compact Sand Plant (CSP) range enables superior separation efficiency from the final washed sand up to two final products, producing in-spec sands to your desired grade.
In addition to the highest level of quality and performance, significant benefits include simple and fast assembly times, ease of operation, low maintenance and an overall reduced footprint.

- Screening machine
The screen machines ensure a clean separation of the sand and gravel fractions into the desired final grain sizes.
Conveyor belts transport the resulting granular material to the stockpile or into the gravel boxes.

The water and sludge treatment plant WSA is used for water recovery and sludge dewatering.
Gipowash offers all-round water treatment with chamber filter presses of various sizes and matching pumps, clarification tower and the associated plant components.
