De Powerscreen Warrior 2400 is speciaal ontworpen voor zeeftoepassingen op grote schaal in groeves en mijnen omdat ze grotere voedermaten en doorvoer aankan.

 

De Warrior 2400  heeft een hellende heavy-duty zeef met drievoudig as aandrijfmechanisme met hoge amplitude wat de zeefmachine  geschikt maakt voor zeven, scalperen, in 2 of 3 fracties splitsen en ophopen van materialen zoals aggregaten, toplaag, houtskool, constructie en afbraak afval en ijzererts.

 

Gebruikersvoordelen zijn onder andere een uitschuifbare eindtransportband voor gemakkelijke toegang en een ladinggevoelige collectietransportband om blokkages te vermijden.

De Powerscreen Warrior 2400 is een zeef met Powerscreen Hybrid optie wat u een alternatieve energiebron geeft, zodat u kan kiezen welke brandstof u gebruikt, afhankelijk van kost, locatie en beschikbaarheid.

 

Deze optie is uiterst interessant bij operaties in gebieden waar elekticiteit meer kosteneffectief is dan diesel en op sites waar elektriciteit de voorkeur heeft als energiebron.

 

Powerscreen Hybrid machines zijn uitgerust met een bijkomend elektrisch/hydraulisch aandrijfsysteem wat kan verbonden worden met een externe elektriciteitsbron een keer de machine is opgezet onsite.
