According to company manager Brecht Martens<\/strong>, it is \u201cthe cream of the crop among conveyors\u201d\u2014and anyone who sees the machine immediately understands why. The POWERSCREEN HL75 isn\u2019t just any conveyor belt, but a fully configurable powerhouse that grows with the customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n

What sets this machine apart is the enormous range of options. GM Recycling builds and installs many of these options entirely in-house, fully tailored to the customer\u2019s application. The version at MATEXPO, for example, was equipped with:
\n\u2022 heavy-duty conveyor belts,
\n\u2022 ceramic-lined drive drums,
\n\u2022 a height-adjustable discharge belt,
\n\u2022 and extra-heavy-duty oil motors.

\u201cYou ask, we deliver,\u201d says Brecht. \u201cEvery POWERSCREEN HL75 can be different. Some customers need extreme wear resistance, while others prioritize mobility or stacking height. We build the machine exactly as the customer needs it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The POWERSCREEN HL75 is used almost anywhere where material transport is crucial: concrete plants, sand and gravel quarries, screening plants, crushers… Anywhere a bulldozer or crane would otherwise have to drive back and forth for dozens of meters. And that\u2019s where this machine makes the difference: more stockpiles, less fuel, less time wasted.<\/p>\n
