Every machine is designed for one customer, one or more applications, and one goal: to produce tons of aggregates as efficiently as possible. That\u2019s what makes this type of crusher so special.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precision and power<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The machine operates with a <strong>vertical shaft impactor (VSI)<\/strong>, a technology particularly suited for producing <strong>very fine and uniform particle sizes<\/strong>. This makes the crusher ideal for applications in asphalt recycling, concrete crushing, or aggregate processing. Despite the fine end product, the machine remains remarkably high-performing: high production volumes remain perfectly achievable, even with challenging materials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What really sets this machine apart is the <strong>fully integrated two-deck afterscreen<\/strong>. Brecht: \u201cA VSI combined with a fixed secondary screen in a single mobile unit\u2026 you hardly ever see that. This makes the output much more consistent and increases the overall efficiency of the crushing line.\u201d Mobility also plays a role. The machine is fully mobile, allowing it to perform secondary crushing directly on-site. This reduces transport, increases efficiency, and enables rapid interventions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A First in the Benelux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The fact that this machine
