The Gipowash consists of the following modular components: - Feed unit: The feed unit serves as a material buffer and thus ensures a uniform material flow. The tilting grate is used for pre-sorting and the coarse material is screened out. The feed conveyor transports the material to the AggStorm 150 log washer. - AggStorm 150: The AggStorm 150 is a modular designed system for removing clay-bonded excavated material from natural rock and ore that cannot be removed by flushing or screening only. The AggStorm is an efficient solution for use in the aggregate and construction industries. - Compact Sand Plant CSP The Compact Sand Plant (CSP) range enables superior separation efficiency from the final washed sand up to two final products, producing in-spec sands to your desired grade.
